Meadows School Project Complete

FOX have been working for Creative Partnerships in Derbyshire on a school project aimed at Year 8 & 9 students. Over five sessions, the students have been engaged on a live project to develop a creative industries resource. Often challenging, but also extremely rewarding, we have had a fantastic time with the Meadows students and are very proud of how quickly they were engaged and got their creative juices flowing. The final book is a testament to their hard work.

Charity Shop DJ

Fox are delighted to be working with Charity Shop DJ on their brand development and latest projects, which include a DJ night and museum exhibition in June. Charity Shop DJ is an innovative company using music to help break down barriers and even to help with conflict resolution! The Charity Shop DJ team have been working on a project in Derby called Derby Record Holders and the work we have been helping them with is the culmination of that project. New Look for Opera

Fox have recently created the promotional literature for Mid Wales Opera 2009 production "Marriage of Figaro". This is the 3rd year that we have worked for Mid Wales Opera and this years production was quite a challenge! However, we are really pleased with the end result which is both strong and fresh.

Fox move to Darley Abbey Mills

After much scraping of windows and painting of walls - we have moved from our studio in Banks' Mill to a new 1000sq ft studio in Darley Abbey Mills. While our time at Banks' Mill has been nothing but positive - it feels great to be in a new space, particularly such an historic landmark. We are joined by artist Heather Duncan and creative facilitators Hub Agency which has already led to collaborative projects...

Children's Hospital Poetry

The new 'Poetry in the Waiting Room' publication is currently being produced and features writing from patients within the children's hospital itself. Fox commissioned poet and writer Mike Wilson to lead 2 workshops with children who were patients at the hospital earlier this year. Their work has then been produced in this small publication which also features documentary photographs of the sessions. Poetry in the Waiting Room will be distributed throughout the whole hospital in early October.
